Repository Patterns
As previous version of StarUML you can assign a pattern to a class... So if your project works on a specific pattern. just when you create a class, you assigned whic pattern will this class use.. like Singleton.

Add more control over moving items through the different levels of the diagram.
It would be useful if there was an option to move an item backwards or forwards a single level on the diagram. The move to front/back option is good but there have been certain cases where I have had to use these options multiple times on multiple items to make a single item viewable in the way I want.

"Ctrl + Y" to repeat last (formatting) action
Implementing the Microsoft Word like feature of "CTRL + Y" could be really useful, for example when filling several class elements with the same colour.

Context menu popups very slowly in the "Explorer"(at left top corner)
I don't know why, maybe it's beta version,
the context menu popups very slowly after I right clicked on any item in the Explorer area. It takes about 5~7sec to show up.
And sometime, memory usage will raise to 99% while context menu isn't showed up and then get normal.
Left click is fine, but a little bit slow(about 1s of latence).I hope it can be fixed.
While I just started using StarUML, I think it would be a very useful tool for me.Regards,

opening files from share
Currently (with v2.0.0-beta9 (2014/10/01) ) it is not possible to open files from file shares (like SharePoint WebDAV). StarUML silently does nothing, either from the file open dialog or via Windows Explorer.
This feature is very important for collaboration3 votes -
To display user defined constraints within class diagrams
It ist possible to add user defined constraints to classes and to attributes. It would pay off if those constraint could be displayed in the same way as predefined constraints such as "isUnique", "isID" etc.
It would be even better, if displaying constraints could be enable and disabled: "Show Constraints" (like "Show Type") or "Supress Constraints" (like "Suppress Attributes").

Paste context menu with multiple options
To improve user interaction, I suggest the paste functionality with atleast 2 option, uno for indipendent copy and the second one for dependent copy.

Enable support for EPC-Models
It would be nice if StarUML would support Event-Process-Chain-Models (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Event-driven_process_chain).

in the toolbox show only the icons
instead of icons and text ,which takes up a lot of space, show only the icon . Show the text when the user hovers over an icon. That way there will be more canvas space.

Navigate on diagram
If diagram has big size the best manner of navigation is mouse handlers - when mouse pointer leave the document screen then in this direction view is moving, customer can navigate in horizontal or vertical direction or both by only move mouse

Portrait mode
My Windows desktop is Portrait mode, with 1080x1920 resolution. But the Explorer, Editors, Properties, Documentation panels are docked in the east side, the center workspace is very narrow. I suggest the tool panels can be dragged to other places.

Moving association labels and multiplicities with the cursor keys
While <ctrl><arrow key> can be used to position classes in a class diagram, I can't use it to precisely position association names, endpoint labels or multiplicities. It would help me to get tidy diagrams if this were possible

Further format options for classes and associations
(Thanks for being able to hide the visibility on attributes and enpoints!)
It would be nice if you could (also) hide attribute types on classes, so all you see is the attribute name and cardinality; also I would like to hide the endpoint names and association name on an association.
These changes would help me make conceptual abstractions of a detailed model for documentation, reports and papers, and it would make my job as editor of ISO/IEC19763-13 much easier!)
Thanks
