Most apps on the Mac use double click above the toolbar (the bar containing the Close, Minimize and Maximize icons on the left) to resize the app to fit the screen. This would be very useful since the app always starts as a partial screen. Automatically fit the app to the fit the screen at startup also would be an alternative solution.
