Exporting to 1.x version or saving to .uml for compatibility with lower version

I'm happy that StartUML2 can import the format of lower version with .uml extension.
But it will be great if it supports the feature exporting to lower version.

Running StarUML in mac is very comfortable and Great !!!

    I too would settle for XMI export. TBF if we had XMI export I would stop using version 1.x immediately. And Enterprise Architect too!!

    If we had an XMI export you could at least import the XMI into StarUML 1.x

    You would loose formatting but I could certainly cope with that
