    I'm guessing this would be two extensions, (1) Reverse Swift Source to UML, and (2) Generate Swift Source from UML.

    I've not kept up to date with UML past v2, but few things stick out, Swift has Protocols, Extensions, and Closures none of which can I recall being defined in UML

    Anyone however working to produce this facility, let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I would enjoy contributing to a StarUML aiming to deliver on this service.

    Also good would be a reverse engineering class diagram generator for Swift to UML
