Cannot define a generic item such as an ArrayList<Room>. This is a real disqualifier for meaningful modeling.

As Juan Vega said, you can create TemplateParameter. Select a Class, and then mouse right click and select "Add > Template Parameter" in context menu.

In Version 2.0.0 a class could have a Name like MyClass<T1; T2>
Version 2.5 forbids this. So I reinstalled the older Version. -

You can define it as a TemplatePArameter I think.
