    git and some kind of simple collaboration (like the "Teamwork" extension, that is, unfortunately, no longer working)

    Of course, I do not know how many users would in the end be willing to pay for such an app (I certainly would be). But at least it would -- to the best of my knowledge -- be the first iPad app for serious UML modelling. So coming up with a crisp user interface on a tablet could really be worth it.
