Deletion in Diagrams should remove items from Model Explorer
Deleting objects or items from Diagrams should remove them from Model explorer. If the user forgets it for a certain time, it is a triple-time job to declutter explorer view from previously deleted items. Or, those should be moved to "archive" for later reuse.

Select move (multi move) of items in Model Explorer
Please make it possible to use shift key or else to move multiple items in Model Explorer window/frame. This is crucial for fast organization of models, instead of moving each item. It would increase productivity by several factors. Kind Regards

Please add a Rational description to the manual/online documentation
It would be extremely helpful to have a Rational as part of the online documentation. The online document is GREAT, but there is a lack of understanding why items could be used, can be used, should be used, or where not to use. For example take any Diagram (go to documentation). It is Ok to tell us "How to create an include or extend", but it would be very helpful, WHY this should be done, i.e., having a rational behind this. Besides the excellent images in documentation, one user can only guess what he needs and why he could do…

Showing the model element type and model element name in the SysML diagram frame
Hi.
I think it would be better if the SysML diagram frame shows the model element type and model element name.
The diagram frame rule is not specified in UML but is standardized in SysML. So, if the diagram is dependent on a particular model element (e.g., block, package, model, etc.), the type and name of the parent element should be included in the frame.
And, which SysML version is StarUML based on?
I am particularly interested in working with SysML features. Actually, there are not many options for easy-to-use and affordable tools for SysML. In that sense, StarUML seems…

Pasted elements should be grid-aligned
If I copy a bunch of aligned elements, when I paste them they're not grid aligned. When I drag them as a group they still don't grid align. So I have to grab each one individually and drag them on to the grid one at a time. It's kind of (really very) annoying, so a small fix would make me very happy :o)

Drop source file = reverse engeneer
Feature: If supported source file (C# interested the most) is dropped with the mouse to the model explorer or directly to class-diagram then it is automatically reverse-engineered and added to the diagram.

Scalable grid size
Snapping to grid is too rough. I can't move Output pins i.e. on the half of their width. Please, make the grid size scalable

Swim lanes to support Cross functional flowcharts
Flowchart is a basic connectors for representing the call flow. However i see the existing flowchart template is missing the concept of swim lanes.
Cross functional flowcharts use swim lanes to provide an extra dimension by assigning each process step to a category. Most often the category is a stakeholder (person, role, or department).

allow for user-defined tags to be assigned to model elements so that you build display filters based on those tags...
Imagine being able to assigned user-defined tags to model elements and then filter those model elements in a diagram by creating an expression based upon tags. These tags could represent anything you want like subsystems, user roles, sprints, you name it. This was an ability of the old OOATool from Object International back in the late 1980's.
