  2. Better model navigation inside: diagram to a other diagram

    Better model navigation inside: diagram to a other diagram

    Situation:

    Currently you can only navigate in the model explorer.
    Model it self and documentation.
    (OS Version)

    Impact:

    Currently is no intuitive and fast navigation from diagram to diagram possible.

    Request:

    Provide navigation inside diagrams to the main diagram of a Package.
    Or using comment to add a link to a diagram.

    Ability must be for the Model and the Documentation export.

  3. Make the application to work on High DPI screens. Hard for users with high end laptop and pc.

    In 4k screen(15.6), the application CRASH when moving in things from the toolbox to screen. The whole application turns into white blank space.

  4. It would be great to have the reverse engineering from javascript source code to uml diagrams

    we see lot of javascript code on web and it is very difficult to understand it but it is easy to understand and visualize the code via uml diagrams.
    This way we can save lot of amount of time.
    Perticularly useful who came from C/C++ background to understand the javascript code in fast.
    I would like to know why nobody thinks in this way?
    Please do update me if any such tool or procedure already exists?
    Even I am happy to contribute for the same, if required.

  5. Make tools windows dockable, so that I could move them to my second display.

    Multi-display setups are common this days, and it's a pity that I cannot detach tools and place them on my second display to get more room for diagram on my main display.

  6. Add support for OCL, Object Constraint Language

    Add support for OCL, Object Constraint Language for classes.
    The OCL editor need to be smart with intellisense features.
    It can be introduced as a constraint linked to the class, method, attribute.

  7. Hotkeys for most frequent features

    I'd love it if Ctrl + Shift + C would create a class whereever my cursor is at. Then I could selected it and press ctrl + a to add an attribute/variable, and ctrl + f to add a function (or operation).

    Also, in the properties panel, we cannot tab through options. Would be nice to have.

    Finally, I think the properties tab should be reordered with most frequent options highest, and others lower (name is fine, then type should come next, then visibility)

  9. ER Layers

    It would be good to be able to model all 3 layers of an ER/Data Model Diagram from one ER layer :
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logical_data_model )

    It would require addition properties for elements and then columns, and a way for relationships to be managed.

    But then at the clock of a button, you could display the CDM, LDM and PDM.

  11. Allow per-attribute show/hide in a class diagram

    Sometimes I show a class in several class diagrams. I would like to be able to selectively show the attributes of the class that are relative to that class diagram, and hide all the others.

  12. Support for simple markdown documents

    I'd like to create simple markdown documents in the project in order to describe how the application works or how consistance issues are solved.

    Documents should be exported as pages in html docs.

  13. Configurable HTML export

    A way to configure which elements to export in export HTML function. Which package or model and which type of element in that package (for example diagram, elements, connections). It would be good, because now it creates hundreds of HTML pages because it exports everyting, for example it exports a HTML page about every single connection.

  15. Bug: wordWrap option for Operations and Attributes takes effect in editor, but is not saved

    If you click wordWrap for an Operation or Attribute in a Class Diagram, the setting takes effect, but it does not save.
    Once you reload the diagram, the class object grows and messes up your diagram

  16. Group/lock relationships together

    Would be great if relationship lines could be locked, so that if one attached object is moved the length/orientation of that line remains constant and drags other objects with it.

    unique indexes can be created, but normal indexes cannot be. very strange! maybe prepend an 'I' (capital i).

  19. Simplify interface insertion

    Interfaces are awkward to place in a model.
    You have to place the round-end first and then haphazardly try to connect to it with an association.

    It would be far better to simply plus the whole lollypop in one go.

  20. Add a URL link to a class

    With a HTML link per class that is exported with SVG one could navigate easily to a class within a doxygen HTML documentation.
    This feature would be very easy to implement.
